Tips and Spa Rules
In order to fully enjoy your stay at the spa, we recommend that you closely read the following rules and recommendations that we consider to be in your best interest.
- All treatments and techniques must be booked in advance.
- Arrival at the spa 10 minutes before your appointment is advised to allow time for changing and to receive the benefit of the full time allocated to treatment.
- If you are unable to make your appointment the spa must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
- Programs and techniques are applied under supervision from the medical team (health questionnaire); programs exceeding three days require an initial medical consultation.
- Programs may be subject according to the medical doctor’s prescription.
- Smoking is prohibited on the spa and hotel premises.
- Spa users are advised to have a bathrobe, swimming cap and sandals.
- A swimsuit (or bikini) must be worn in shared facilities.
- Appropriate footwear (sandals) must be worn in all facilities with the exception of the Hydrotherapy Pool, which has a special area for leaving footwear before you go in.
- Clients who have been at the beach before treatment are advised to shower before receiving any treatment in order to avoid possible skin irritation.
- A guardian must accompany children between 3 and 14 years.
- The Vaporarium is not recommended for children under 14 years.
- Clients must shower before entering the Hydrotherapy Pool.
- The maximum depth of the Hydrotherapy Pool is 1.2 metres. Visitors who cannot swim are advised to advise a therapist beforehand.
- Jumping or diving into the pool is strictly forbidden.
- After each treatment session, it is advisable to take a 15 minute rest in one of the beds or deck chairs provided for this purpose in the Spa Lounge.
- All treatments are conducted with medicinal-mineral water.
