In order to get maximum benefit from medical spa techniques, clients who receive programs or treatments for more than three days must first carry out a consultation with the doctor at the centre.
At the consultation a full clinical history is drawn up to best prescribe and adapt techniques to your state of health and physical fitness, by modifying treatment temperatures, length and intensity in accordance with your body’s tolerance.
Follow-up consultations and a final evaluation are also planned for therapy programs in order to evaluate the outcome of the therapy and to indicate how to optimise its benefits.
The spa’s medical service includes a physician specialised in medical hydrology* and holder of a Master’s Degree in Rheumatology, along with a professional team specialised in nursing, physiotherapy, chiromassage, beauty and hydrotherapy treatments who closely monitor the progress of treatment so that your time spent at the spa is beneficial to your health and relaxation.
*MEDICAL HYDROLOGY: a discipline based on the study of medicinal-mineral waters and their therapeutic applications. This qualification can only held by fully-qualified doctors.
