Effects of the Thermal Spring Waters on the body

The mineral components of the water at the spa help to stimulate numerous metabolic functions in the body.
Sodium chloride rich waters administered in baths have an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect on the skin, help scar formation and tissue repair and improve lymph and blood circulation. When inhaled, the water stimulates the mucous membrane and regenerates tissues and helps to free up mucous.
As well as specific mineral effects, there are other benefits that are derived from the thermal and mechanical properties of the water, depending on the technique and the temperature at which the water is applied.
When thermal spa programs are carried out for several days, the spring water has an impact on the different systems of the body.
